Single Occupancy

There is a 50% surchage on the applicable rate for occupancy.

Children
(sharing a family villa, or a standard villa with an adult)

Age 17 years and above - adult rate

Ages 7 to 16 years - 60% adult rate

Up to 7 years sharing bedroom with adult - USD 100 per child per night (max. one child sharing room with parents in all cases).

Cots, highchairs and babysitting can be arranged with prior notification

Triples can be arranged for children under the age of 16 years.

Rate Includes

Accommodation in ocean-facing beach villas.

All meals, soft drinks, local beer, house wine, basic spirits and bottled water.

Daily laundry service.

Guided activities – snorkeling, shore-based fishing, sea-kayaking, birding, walking trails, beach picnics, sailing on the dhow, Hobie Cat sailing

Rate Excludes

Flights and transfers from the island.

Champagnes, cocktails, premium wines and imported premium spirits.

Personal gifts and staff gratuities.

Use of motorboats for motorised watera activities such as deep sea (blue water) & fly fishing.

Scuba diving and PADI scuba courses.

Entry visa on arrival.

Reservation Procedure

A written request is necessary to process a reservation. This can be sent via email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

Written confirmation of the reservation will be forwarded via email.

To secure a reservation, a 30% deposit is required within 2 weeks of confirmation.

Once the reservation is confirmed, the client will be liable for any cancellation fees.

Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to alter or amend accommodation rates and the rate periods at our discretion.

We reserve the right to release confirmed accommodation bookings 6 weeks prior to arrival, if full payment has not been received.

We reserve the right to amend the cost of the above island activities, subject to an increase in the cost of fuel or any change in Government taxes.

All flight prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to the terms & conditions of the airline.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Confirmed booking cancelled 60+ days prior to arrival – full deposit is forfeited

Between 30 to 60 days prior to arrival – 50% of full cost is payable

Less than 30 days prior to arrival - 100% of full cost is payable
